Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan will take effect immediately. When you downgrade, the new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We count each log entry as one log. For example, if your application sends 100 log entries per day, that's 3,000 logs per month. We don't count metadata or system logs against your quota.
